Meet the Team

Andy has been part of Aquatec since his early years at school. Starting in the warehouse packing orders and deliveries, he gradually worked his way up through the business, and he now oversees the whole operation. He says he is no guru but has gained invaluable experience and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. He loves working with the amazing team he has built and enjoys downtime with his family and friends.

John is a graphic designer with over 25 years’ experience in the design industry, beginning his career in Manchester UK, before relocating to Perth 10 years ago. Aquatec Equipment benefits from John's extensive knowledge and experience in branding, print and online media. John manages all of Aquatec's brands Nationwide. In his spare time, John enjoys the gym, walking his dog Enzo and movies with his family.

Ross has over 10 years’ experience in the Water Management industry, joining Aquatec in 2018 with a diverse professional background having also worked in Local Government, Recreation Facility Management, Retail / Trade Sales & Sports Administration. Ross is an avid sports fan who plays and coaches Basketball and enjoys spending downtime with his family.

Vic has a master’s degree in procurement management and has more than 10years’ experience overseas and in Australia. Vic manages new product R&D, nationwide stock management and import operations. Vic enjoys soccer, NBA, F1 and playing with his dog during his off time.

Ash has worked in a variety of management roles in manufacturing, retail and logistics. Ash joined Aquatec 3 years ago and leads the Warehouse Team. Outside of work he enjoys all forms of motorsport, fishing and camping.

Lois has over 20 years experience in accounts & book-keeping roles, joining Aquatec in 2010 as Accounts Payable Clerk. She then progressed to Accounts Manager in 2012. Lois does all the book-keeping and oversees every aspect of accounts.

Previously an Auto CAD Structural Draftsman, Chris joined Aquatec 15 years ago as a warehouse store man, progressing to become our Warehouse Manager, and currently serves as our WA & SA Territory Manager. Chris’ extensive experience has seen him become a technical expert for our products and their applications. Chris enjoys his PS4, spending time with his family & fish keeping, which makes it easy to relate to customers who are interested in the same thing.

Brendan has been involved in the Landscape and Aquatics industries for over 25 years with experience as a landscaper, in retail pond sales, procurement, technical support and B2B sales. Our resident OASE expert, commercial & lake management solutions, aeration and fountain displays. When he’s not working he enjoys travelling, fishing, renovations and time with family.

Zoe has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in International Business and Marketing. Zoe manages all NSW and ACT accounts, customer inquiries, quoting and account management. Outside of work, Zoe enjoys cooking, going to the beach and movies.

Beth has worked in customer service for over twelve years. She manages the customer accounts of QLD, VIC, TAS, and the NT. When she isn’t delivering the best service she can to our customer’s Beth likes to write books and travel.

Tony has over 10 years' experience in area sales management and business development in the water industry. He enjoys traveling, meeting people and helping customers find sales solutions to their projects and needs. Tony enjoys camping, motorcycling and spending time with his family.

Heidi has held account roles in the retail, manufacturing and wholesale industries. Heidi is managing the accounts payable role at Aquatec Equipment. Heidi has a keen interest in permaculture, health, and fitness.

Shirley has receptionist experience for more than 15 years beginning her career in Medical Reception moving onto Real Estate Reception and now in Aquatec Equipment. In her spare time, Shirley enjoys Rock & Roll, Pub Jive dancing along with at-home aerobics to keep fit & active.
